This one has some positives and some negatives. It smelled bad, and just looked a little more run down on the exterior.They did say they would clean it of course, but how much? There is no AC, but they said something could be 'arranged' - no idea what that means. It's internet is Comcast. The kitchen is extremely small, but I don't know if an extra $110 is worth it for the slightly bigger one on the 3rd floor... We would only pay gas and electric. There are washer and dryer in the building - coin operated. It was right next to a Hospital, so I'm not sure what all that will mean - more noise definitely, but quick help if you throw knives at me again? ;) Parking is on the street, which seems to be the trend. It is a residential area. Security deposit is one month's rent and there is a $70 application fee.

The impeller now pumps well. The last owner left off a wavy washer (#30809) in the impeller body that goes above the disk (#30674). Thus the impeller would engage the pin on the drive shaft; and also slip at times. The pin was worn due to the jumping in and out of the keyed feature on the impeller #22741)
