I used my new Velcro Sleep-In Rollers last night for the first time and I LOVE them! They give the most beautiful waves in your hair. What I liked so much was that they were so natural looking and also that you can sleep easily with them in thanks to the sponge in the centre of the roller. If you prefer a more defined curl simply apply the rollers to damp hair and use a small amount of mousse on each strand. It's fairly rough so don't be too harsh with your comments however positive constructive comments are welcomed! These new Sleep-In Rollers are from www.velcrosleeprollers.com and, as implied by their name, are designed to be worn at night time. The sponge centre allows for a peaceful sleep whilst maintaining the curls. Hair can be damp or dry (freshly blow-dryed hair is best!) Steps: 1. Take a small section of your hair and comb it through. 2. Spray a small amount of hair spray to the section. (Moose can also be used) 3. Place the roller at the end of your hair and slowly roll the hair around the Sleep-In Velcro Roller bringing it towards the root. (I recommend you stop half way up!) 4. This can be secured into place using a bobby-pin. 5. Repeat for the rest of your hair.

How to curl hair with no heat. I use my Girlz curlz and velcro rollers to curl my hair. I put in either or both of these on wet hair, leave to dry,remove the rollers or Girlz curlz and I have beautiful curly hair! No heat which means healthier hair too :) I purchased my Girlz Curlz from a market for just under $30 but you can find them on facebook. Velcro rollers can be purchased from chemists and hair supply stores for around $10 The shampoo and conditioner I used is from a supermarket and is about $8 per bottle.
