Hey everyone this is bbcw721 coming at you live. For anyone who is just beginning, or wants a simple way to build biceps and triceps i have put this small workout together. It's a super set, now a super set is more than one exercise performed at the same time. For instance, you have this one super set that is specifically for biceps and triceps. Now first you start off with bicep curls, i think the bar works really well over the dumbbells because they target more of the biceps. But anyway, you don't need very much weight, try using 20 pounds, a ten lb weighted plate on both sides of the bar. Try to the process slow meaning do each bicep curl at a nice easy pace, no rush because you have more to do. Ok so once you do a partial bicep curl, or get to about around 65 degrees roll the bicep up closer to your neck. Now comes triceps, the only exercise for this is skull crushers. the Try to keep your arms even when you perform this. You have to keep the process nice and slow.You'll do...
