If you can't hold the ab position, go down in weight. It does us no good (and could really hurt you) if you're losing your core position.

*Round dumbbells are not recommended until you reach awesome status. Clearly I'm struggling with the round ones. If you have hexagonal ones, use them.* Start with dumbbells far enough apart that you can get really good depth on the push up. Keep abs tight and butt tucked under (think weighted plank position). Place your feet a few feet apart so you can balance when you do the rows. The key to this is to keep your hips flat and not let them turn side to side as you do the row. Enjoy!

I recorded this review for a discussion thread on Expansys.com as the dock is a very tight fit (GSM Galaxy Nexus with the GSM car dock) as well as that it appears to have not been designed for the buttons on the side of the phone while inserting and 'ejecting' the phone from the dock. www.expansys.com Also notice that the 'bubbly' texture is of course the protective plastic over the shiny plastic device. I hadn't taken it off yet as I hadn't decided whether to send the return the dock or not because of the design issue.
