Robert Kardashian Arrested in Miami After Chasing Photographer/Paparazzo: Prank Goes Wrong According to TMZ.com, they have a video of Robert Kardashian being arrested this weekend after giving chase of a photographer filming him. Robert Kardashian is dating Rita Ora, Jay-Z's Roc Nation artist. He was seen in what appeared to be an argument with Rita moments before the chase. Robert allegedly chased the photographer into a local smoke shop after realizing he was being filmed. Robert claimed this was a prank. The photographer yelled, "He tried to kill me" and "he chased me." Moments later, police arrived in the store and arrested Robert Kardashian.
