Gooseberries and strawberries....a match made in heaven! I can't provide and exact recipe, because I didn't follow one. Don't let this put you off. I'm going to describe the technique and you'll be able to replicate my success. I made this with NO commercially prepared pectin. I started with about 2 quarts of gooseberries. I put them in a pot with no water and slowly began to simmer them, stirring almost constantly. I added approximately 1 1/2 quarts of strawberries, simmering until both fruits became very soft. I then blended them with my immersion blender, only to break up the gooseberry skins slightly. I added about 4 cups of sugar and began tasting and adding sugar until it was at the sweetness I like. (I like mine slightly tart.) When I got the sweetness right, I continued to simmer, about 15 minutes, until some of the jam dripped onto a cool plate coagulated, and would only slightly run when I held the plate up by the edge. an easier way to get your back hand spring is jumping back with a spot. I got mine but doing that. But I also did this thing called back Round off. is when you jump back & you twist your back and land into a roundoff form. yeah but as I set up to do my back hand spring I jump back and i make sure, i don't know why, but i make sure my right hand touches the floor first and my left leg touches the ground.. I don't know why.. thats just how my body works BUT YEAH SHOW ME YOUR BACK HAND SPRING (:

I learned the first electric guitar part for this song! I'm working hard on it and hope to have a real video of it up soon. I'm also going to be making a lesson video soon of how to play some of the more crucial parts of the song. I tried my best to do the arpeggio tapping thing as true to the song as I could. I plan on doing a lot of neat things with it when I finish. Sorry for not being around, as usual, I'm a failure as a human being sometimes. Trying to get some REALLY cool stuff up to make up for it!
