Hey everyone! This is my very first cooking video on this channel! Anyways I heard that my hometown Seattle got filled with snow this week, although I don't live there anymore, I got inspired to do a fun baking video! Let me know if you want to see more videos like this, hope you enjoy! -xoxo Syd Recipe: Ingredients- 1 cup of pistachios 2 sticks of unsalted butter 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar 1 tbsp of pure vanilla extract 1/4 kosher salt 2 cups of all-purpose flour Steps- 1. With electric mixer, beat the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. 2. Gradually mix in vanilla extract, salt, and flour. 3. Then mix in pistachios. 4. Shape the dough into tablespoon-size balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. 5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 6. Transfer the baking sheet into oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-22 minutes. 7. Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes. 8.
