Watch it in 720p, etc. Snow world for this game, which means the obligatory shitty water level is in here, too. I quite like the special stages in this game, they're pretty much better versions than Sonic 2's special stage. Minus the music, but that's just preference. I haven't seen that rope powerup show up anywhere else yet, but it just makes Tails go in the opposite direction you're going in. Act 2, Sonic Coaster Rails, is one of the best stages in the game. It doesn't drag on, it's really fast, has multiple paths, nice music and the actual stage/backgrounds look awesome. I also like the 3D effect, which was done much better here than in Episode 1. The 4th special stage isn't difficult because there are a lot of traps, but because of the fact that there aren't a lot of rings which isn't really a problem if you have quick reaction time.
