This is a short made by high school seniors taking an Adobe Youth Voices course in Instituto Blaise Pascale with Jacaranda Education. It confronts a view held by many youth in Mexico in regards to democracy, political plurality, voting rights, and development. Mexico has had one ruling political party (PRI) for most of its history. It was only with Fox and the PAN party that a new government was seen in Mexico in early 2000. In Oaxaca it was only six months ago in 2011 that the state had its first non PRI governor.
