When you first get it you will be surprised at how fast it goes, the only three problems that i had with it occurred within the first month. The first problem was with the gas tank, which is held on with two thin long bolts that utilize spacers. Well anyway, the gas tank sits so close to the rider deck that you are almost guaranteed to step on it, and when you do, both of those bolts will break and your gas tank will be left hanging there. What i did to fix this was take some wire hung the front of the gas tank from the carburetor and the back of the gas tank from the muffler cover and that has worked great for two years now. The second problem was with the deck screws vibrating out, which i was warned about before purchasing, and planned to fix with some loctite, but never got around to that and found out the hard way. Xantrex has a wonderful reputation. I own this inverter along with their older model (pro-sine) and also the new entry from sunforce (yes - I have alot of 1000w inverters).I also have alot of 1000w loads. In particular is my favorite testload - a 1050 w (with motor- the heating element is 1000w exactly but it has a blower that consumes 50w so technically its a tad high).With this dummy load both of my xantrex inverters will run it all day or until the battery bank dies whichever comes first. They draw about 110-115 amps on the 12vdc lines.The sunforce 1000w inverter CAN NOT run this load for more than 2 seconds without an output overload shutdown. But I still like the sunforce because it can handle 900W and it has an RF keychain remote on/off switch.The point is Xantrex products...

Meier is using his technique of focusing past the model, at about 25 - 30 feet on the camera, giving it enough focal blur to merge with some point in the background The focus gets worse in both directions away from the best focal point - towards the camera and away (from the focal point). Coupled with the camera's ability to shrink the model into the distance, due to its wide angle lens, you get a convincing result. The problem for Meier is that MOST experts are not fooled and when they say so they are ignored. If you compare the list of skeptics with the list of believers you'd be shocked at how the skeptics out-number them. In 35 years the list has of course increased considerably. Why would anyone want to duplicate Meier's stuff?...

This is the one and only Star Trek USS Enterprise. Made by Polar Lights. The Enterprise is 1/350 of the real ship, and is entirely hand built and hand painted to perfection. This ship has 44 LED lights powered by a 12v battery located under the stand. Of the 44 LED lights, two of them are on the base for a great display.
