The sound of roaring car engines fill Moscow's Tushino Airfield, as thousands of enthusiasts gather for the 15th Exotica Car Show. Eight thousand cars took part in this year's event, which was dedicated to Russia's first F1 race to be held in Sochi in 2014. Among the exhibits were retro automobiles, motorcycles, and the latest sports cars. The exhibition covered more than 30 hectares. Exotica traditionally showcases not just world-famous brands, but also cars that have been modified by their owners. One of the top exhibits this year was the Russian-made Marussia supercar, the first domestically produced car of its kind. The show's program included performances by graduates of extreme driving schools and road police motor battalion officers, as well as carting competitions, stunts, and track races. What a lovely sight! Not so long ago, football player Samuel Eto'o (used to play with Barcelona, Inter Milan) signed at Anzhi Makhachkala, a russian football club. He's one of the best african football players of all time. For his services, the russian club have to pay 23,3 million euros per year. I personnally always loved the guy, always smiling. The B2 is a russian supercar with a 2,8l V6 turbocharged engine producing 420 hp. It accelerates from 0 to 100 kmh in 3,8 seconds and has a top speed of around300 kmh. They opened a dealership in Monaco last year I think, which explains why they were showing this red and white model here (Monaco colors). The Marussia is not the fastest thing in the planet, but I like the looks of it, especially when you know they're building them one by one! A new Lamborghini crash. -Info- Near the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod, a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 burned down next to the highway Big Yelnya after colliding with a Chevrolet Aveo. As noted by witnesses the Lamborghini did not have any license plates and was speeding. At one point in the 27-year-old driver lost control of the car and supercar drove into oncoming traffic and collided with the Aveo. After impact, the engine compartment caught fire and when the fire department arrived the supercar was completely burned down. It is worth noting that the young man bought the car a month before the accident. The cost of the machine is 15 million rubles. As a result of the accident the driver was brought to the local regional hospital in Nizhny Novgorod. The driver and passengers inside the Chevrolet suffered multiple injuries and were brought to the district hospital Kstovo.
