In this rant (part two of a two-parter), I stroll up the street to the newest "smart growth" development site right here in environmentally progressive South Austin, Texas, to ask the doomsday prophet question: just how stupid is the "smart" growth model? My answer, as usual, is that ANY growth, from a planetary intelligence model, is pretty damn stupid.
