You'll Need: Ciabatta rolls, sliced in half Strawberries, sliced Butter, melted Slice strawberries Melt butter - for spreading on rolls Slice rolls Brush butter onto each roll Top with a few of the strawberries Ask your adult assistant to broil in oven for just a few minutes, until butter starts to bubble. Add the rest of the strawberries and sprinkle sugar on top. Put back in the oven to broil for just a few minutes. You can serve these as they are or to be fancy, add whipped cream or ice cream!

Released today for the PC version of Skyrim was an update on Steam that allows you to now ride a horse AND be able to attack with a melee or ranged weapon. This definitely beats running into a horde of bad guys, then having to stop, then pull out my weapon, then finally attack. Plus, how bad ass will it be riding on a horse at full speed with a dragon chasing after you as you shoot arrows behind you trying to slow him down. Yeah, picture that. . Now again, this update is only for the PC versions. It will eventually hit the consoles, but no word on when we'll get this yet. Hopefully soon. Or maybe we'll have to wait till the expansion, Dawngaurd, comes out. And then even still, that just hits Xbox before releasing for PS3 and PC. And speaking of Dawngaurd and awesome updates, you'll be able to get a crossbow instead...
