This is an older video that I posted 2 years ago. YouTube turned off my music, so I inserted an "acceptable" song. I had been at the speed bag for a little over 3 months at this point. I'm using a U-bolt and punching on a big Everlast bag. My form is bad, and I didn't know a lot of punches at this time. (Note: YouTube yanked the original audio.)
