International Criminal Court (ICC) chief prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo visited Libya's third largest city of Misrata on Friday (April 20) to assess and gather evidence in relation to claims of systematic rape of Misrati women by pro-Gaddafi forces during the deadly siege of the city which lasted for several months during last year's revolution.
