This is a max effort lift. Squatting daily is helping me to get stronger, but only after I take a few days off, is when I can full recover and find out my true max. I still can work on speed. And also strengthen my back. Not satisfied, but happy to make progress. Note: the knee wraps did aid a little, but I didn't wrap them tight, and they're not powerlifting knee wraps, hence they are not stiff at all. Just kept my knees warm. BW 195
