With roots that reach back to a San Francisco meat business in the 1850s and to California's Rancho Santa Margarita (now known as Camp Pendleton), TO Cattle Company is one of the state's oldest cattle and beef companies. Joe Morris' great-great grandfather, Richard O'Neill, owned a butcher shop in San Francisco's financial district during the Gold Rush.
