I also have ZS3, which takes great outdoor shots but poor indoor shots with flash. So I was curious how much indoor flash shot is improved with ZR3. How many hours do you waste in front of your computer sending e-mails like ping pong balls back and forth with Models in order to arrange a photoshoot with them. Out of them hours then how many times have you had your time wasted by allot of these Models? This is a problem that all us photographers experience at some point.... but for me I took action against this problem and became my own Model in my own Photoshoot. As you can see the theme of the shoot that I chose to do was an army style shoot. Yes, it was a pain carrying all my photo equpiment and change of cloths etc.... but in the end the images were well worth the effort. Regards Strober PS: As you can see i've also been playing around with "voice overs" in my videos. I know that I need allot more practice with them, but still I'd love your thoughts on them.

Last month we talked about shooting a portrait using natural light. Today, Nick Carter demonstrates how to create gorgeous fashion portrait using just one light. Single Light Source. If you feel comfortable using natural light in your photography then using a single light in the studio would be equivalent of owning your own sun (single light source). While nature can be unpredicted using an artificial source such as studio flash or continuous light will give you a full control. Using one light is a terrific way to learn. If one can master a single light there would be no surprises when multiply lights will be needed later in the game. Keep the variables to the minimum and focus on the subject. Have a great shoot. Saint Ann Parish, Neponset in Dorchester MA celebrated First Communion on May 5, 2012. Each year I am amazed by the number of children in the class. It's a "sea" of white dresses and suits. But these are the cutest kids as well. One minute they are standing with their hands folded while I am shoot their formal portrait ... and seconds later, it's a mass mob of laughter and giggling. I love the day - and I look forward to photographing next year's event already!
