Hinter dem Häuserkampf am Umwelt-Campus verbirgt sich ein Wettkampf zwischen den verschiedenen Wohnhäusern. Dabei steht nicht etwa der Konkurrenzgedanke, sondern vielmehr das Kennenlernen im Vordergrund. "Wer wohnt eigentlich nebenan?" "Warum kenne ich meinen Nachbarn nicht?" Das fragten sich auch Flo & Flo im letzten Jahr und riefen den Häuserkampf ins Leben. Denn wo lernt man sich besser kennen als bei gemeinsamen Teamspielen mit dem Ziel Sieger unter den Wohnheimen zu werden?! Insgesamt 8 Mannschaften hatten sich angemeldet -- darunter auch ein externes Team "Downtown" der Studierenden, die nicht direkt auf dem Campusgelände wohnen und ein internationales Team der Studierenden des Study Semesters. So trafen sich bei strahlendem Sonnenschein rund 200 Wettkampf-Begeisterte an der Grillhütte und waren gespannt, welche Aufgaben sie als Teams zu erfüllen hatten.
