This is a short version of a half-hour show featuring the first annual Sun Valley Food and Wine Festival. It profiles celebrity chefs, trends in the cooking world and keynote speaker Jim Harrison. He's a food writer, novelist and author of "Legends of the Fall," which was made into the movie starring Brad Pitt. I produced, shot and edited the show, as well as conducting interviews. It was broadcast on Plum TV's eight television stations. In addition to Sun Valley, Plum owns and operates local television stations in Aspen, Telluride, Vail, Miami Beach, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and the Hamptons.
