My X-Training Workout Day 11 set 4 of 4 5-23-12

This is day 11 of my Cross Training. This is my 4th and last set. I did a circuit of 5 exercises with only 4 min of rest between them. I started of on opposite ends and switched starting points half way through .I started with 15x 135lbs back squats (add 20lbs since last workout day)... From there I moved over to 20x decline push ups. Then i did a distance run with 40lbs dumbbells in each hand(these are harder than they look. Followed by 40lbs x 30 single dumbbell rows(15 each arm...+5 since last time).Then finished with 40lbs x 20dumbbell swing thru. ( 10x on each side)Note***** every day, one exercise is dropped and replaced. today i weighed in at 186.
