Hi All, This is my latest offering. It was inspired by a young girl who I happened upon begging in Dublin city centre. I cannot post this song without extending a huge thank you to my good friend John for his constant help & support who believed there was a song in there somewhere. Also to my family who liked the song from the get go. Hope you all enjoy it.

Son of the famous Leo, pictured here with his brother Liam; a web page about Leon is here, put together by his family: www.esatclear.ie This track is from an LP issued by Walton's, the Dublin retailer, in the 1960s; as can be heard musically he was very much cut from the same cloth as his father, playing in an open chanter style with a constant beat kept on the regulators. While not quite the firebrand his Da was Leon was an excellent piper in his own right, and here we get to hear his take on tunes which we haven't heard on recordings of Leo, who always had very clear and melodic settings.

A very foggy day and the visibility dropped right down to 600m. The Aer lingus regional diverted back to Dublin after two go-around's. The Flybe made it in on the second attempt.

reland's most iconic venue, Croke Park Stadium, announced the opening of the much anticipated Etihad Skyline tour on the roof of the historic ground. Sponsored by Etihad Airways and opening to the public on Friday 1st June, the tour offers access to a unique Croke Park rooftop walkway and spectacular panoramic views of Dublin city. This exciting new attraction gives visitors a view of Ireland's capital city from 44 meters or 17 storeys above the ground and is set to become a 'must see' for visitors to Dublin and those living in the city. Accompanied by an experienced tour guide, groups will ascent to the Etihad Skyline walkway following a full briefing in the stadium dressing room. The tour includes stops at five viewing platforms along the 0.6km walkway.
