Because everyone's been asking me for help on mills. Some key points to watch for during the video that will likely help you to get good windmills. 1) Look at how I start during the stab. I rotate around my stabbed arm to give me a burst of momentum, then I start to collapse all the while tapping once really quickly after that initial rotation. 2) Look at how straight and split my legs are. Ideally, you want to split your legs as far as you would doing a split stretch. Tighten at the quad muscles to keep legs straight. 3) Look at the way I collapse after each stab. Actually, I don't even stab. My elbow directs towards my left, allowing me to not flop onto my back painfully after I stab. 4) Look at my positioning as I whip. I let my upper body lead, and my right leg follows. However, my right leg is whipping. Keeping it behind you allows you a stronger whip, and it catches up while you're on your back. It's all about using your upper body in respect to your lower body. 5) Stay high...

The double trick was also quite good, though not the best possible, I think. I'm fairly certain the Players' Page God standard of 33.15 is beatable with a really strong run. On a side note, this run beats Guillaume's old Spear TAS of this Flap; a new TAS is rather overdue.

A stuntman has made aviation history by becoming the first skydiver in the world to land without the use of a parachute. Gary Connery, 42, from Oxfordshire, leapt from a helicopter a mile above Henley then glided down using a specially adapted wing suit before landing on a "runway" of 18000 cardboard boxes.
