Its nothing game breaking but it does allow Worgens to fight in their human form were they usually could not. In order to do this you HAVE to be a Worgen and must own a Murloc Suit. Besides being able to fight in human form your face is all messed up and your hands feet and skin have the worgen skin/mesh over a human model. You can still mount up in this form and do anything else you would expect. To fix it just click your transform button again and you'll revert to normal
