Stephen Larrabee, PhD, holds the Distinguished Chair in European Security at the RAND Corporation. Before joining RAND, Larrabee served as vice president and director of studies of the Institute of East--West Security Studies in New York from 1983 to 1989. He was a distinguished Scholar in Residence at the Institute from 1989 to 1990. From 1978 to 1981, Larrabee served on the US National Security Council staff in the White House as a specialist on Soviet--East European affairs and East-West political military relations. Larrabee has taught at Columbia, Cornell, New York, Johns Hopkins, Georgetown, and The George Washington universities, and at the University of Southern California.

George Junius Stinney was the youngest person to be executed by electric chair. He was 14 years old at the time of his deathI think that it is brutal he went through that and that he is innocent of the murders. I know people will argue with me but people need to see that there is high possibility that this crime was used to frame George. We are talking about the 30's-40's of the time that George lived. This took place in the South and racial tension was very high and black people were still being treated unfairly. It wouldn't be all uncommon for a white person to frame a black person since it was more easier to blame the race more vulnerable then. I've just purchased Diablo III and I know absolutely nothing about the game. I did that on purpose just so I would come into it with no expectations, and enjoy the game as the designers intended. Come and follow my adventures as I explore the Wizard class and laugh at my rookie mistakes as I stumble through the game. :P For best results crank it up to high def and full screen it. The black bars in game are due to Blizzard showing friends names in 3 different places every time a friend shifts in their chair.
