While oil prices are rising, biofuel is an environmental friendly alternative. In Brasil, ethanol as biofuel is very popular. At the Central Energetica Vicentina production site, this ethanol is processed out of sugar cane. The actuators to control the flow in the production process are operated by compressed air. And that compressed air is delivered by a brand new GA 22 VSD FF. Reasons for selecting Atlas Copco were the reliability of a GA, combined with the energy efficiency of a VSD. Op top, the tropical thermostat enables working in high temperatures.

For several generations, top quality dairy products are being produced at the Longley Farm, UK.
