Bipolar is an altered state of consciousness called focus level 22. According to Robert Monroe and Val Valerian, we experience reality at different stages of consciousness called focus levels. Wikipedia "focus level". Level one is waking state. Other levels include no time, and unconditional love. Most people who go through manic episodes will also go over unconditional love. Level 22 however is chaotic and nothing makes sense. Which is why when you hear a bipolar person talk, you won't understand what they say. I can't go into much detail about this, because I have never read Robert Monroe's books or Val Valerian's books. Just know that bipolar is something beautiful, yet needs to be controlled by meds, that is unless you think you can go back to focus level 1 by yourself. I hope you find this interesting. Focus levels are numerical, content-neutral labels for specific altered states of consciousness associated with specific Hemi-Sync binaural beat combinations defined by The...

Both the crew of the Wizard and fans of "Deadliest Catch" (Tue., 9 pm ET on Discovery) were immediately on the edges of their seats with worry when Greenhorn Chris fell victim to some kind of fit, or perhaps a seizure. This week, with his condition still problematic, they had him airlifted by the Coast Guard from the ship and taken to a hospital. It was clear that Chris was still in bad shape, as he was unable to lower his arms when asked to during the evacuation. The crewman was clearly crushed by what was happening, apologizing to Captain Keith. But Keith rightly told him he had nothing to apologize for. He did what he could and did the best he could under the circumstances. What more could be asked of him. As for what's wrong with Chris, that's a cliffhanger fans will have to wait until next week to find out about. But everyone was in agreement that it was great to see the crew come together so professionally and calmly to help get Chris off of that ship and toward the help he...

Facing the Fiscal Future: Remarks and Conversation with Speaker John Boehner Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Interviewer: Erin Burnett, Anchor, Erin Burnett OutFront and Chief Business and Economics Correspondent, CNN House Speaker John Boehner was at the center of negotiations with the White House on a grand fiscal bargain in the summer of 2011. Although they did not reach an agreement, the active discussions are a representation of what the parties need to do in a divided government to reach bipartisan fiscal compromise. This year, facing a potentially ground-shifting election and a confluence of critical fiscal policy deadlines at the end of the year, Speaker Boehner will once again be a pivotal player in the effort to forge consensus across party lines and at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue. In remarks followed by an interview, Speaker Boehner will offer Congressional Republicans' views on fiscal reform and discuss whether...
Iranian delegation arrives in Iraq for P5+1 talks.
Iranian delegation arrived in Baghdad on Tuesday and the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council is meeting with high-ranking Iraqi officials one day before the negotiations with the P5+1 countries starts. The P5+1 countries include the United States, England, France, Russia, China and Germany. The head of high-ranking Iranian delegation came to the negotiations with a message. The last round of talks between Tehran and the P5+1 group was held in Istanbul in January 2012. Both sides state that the Istanbul talks were positive. There, they reached an agreement that the talks have to be based on three principles: the framework of the Nonproliferation Treaty, NPT, that cooperation should entail reciprocal steps and that talks should not take place under pressure and threats of use of force but instead, they should be based on good will and more cooperation. Experts say that Iran, a signatory to NPT, is a victim of double standard exercised by some Western countries. They...

The Kurdistan Region minister of natural resources Asthi Hawrami has said Kurdistan will build a pipeline over the next twelve months to carry one million barrels of oil per day to Turkey. The move has angered the central Baghdad government, which says Kurdistan must seek permission for such a deal. The new oil dispute between Iraq and the Kurdistan Region follows a major energy conference in Arbil on Sunday. Baghdad dismisses such contracts as illegal, while the Kurds said the constitution allows them to sign any agreement concerning their natural resources. The Kurdistan government said it will take seventeen percent of oil export revenues and pass the rest to the federal government. Kurdistan currently gets seventeen percent of Iraq's national budget. But the matter seems to be more than just an argument between Baghdad and Arbil. The Kurdistan parliament's committee of natural resources said it has been left in the dark. Hussain Shahristani, Iraq's deputy prime minister for...

Levice is a town in western Slovakia. The town lies on the left bank of the lower Hron river. Levice is first mentioned as Leua, one of the villages belonging to the parish of St. Martin's Church in Bratka (Hungarian: Baratka) in 1165. It was part of the comitatus Tekov (Bars). First attacked by the Turks in 1544, the town was set on fire while the castle was left unharmed. The town was held by the Turks for two decades from 1663 to 1685. Under the Ottoman administration Leva was the center of a sandjak, which was part of the Uyvar eyalet. Ottoman rule came to an end in the summer of 1685, when the Austrian Imperial Army led by General de Souches claimed an important victory at the Battle of Levice, which took place beneath the town's castle. Austrian map, 1672 During the anti-Habsburg revolution of 1709, the fort was blown up by kuruces. After the break-up of Austria-Hungary, the town became a part of Czechoslovakia (confirmed by the Treaty of Trianon in 1920). As part of the...

Tags: British Forces News NATO Chicago Afghanistan Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen
NATO leaders in Chicago have agreed combat operations in Afghanistan should be handed over to local forces by the middle of next year. It will be "the moment when throughout Afghanistan people can look out and see their own troops and police stepping up to the challenge", said NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. The agreement is seen as a milestone in the country's future, with NATO leaders united in their long-term support. That means a commitment in terms of training, advising and assisting Afghan security forces. NATO has agreed to form a new mission to deliver this from 2014. But the other part of the commitment is money to pay for Afghanistan's security forces to continue keeping the country safe when they go-it-alone. Not all that money has been committed yet, although other nations have now joined the likes of Britain and America in pledging funds. While future financing remains a work in progress, so to do negotiations to end Pakistan's closure of NATO supply...
