The Luna Nueve Hotel is a great inexpensive hotel here in Cartagena, Columbia with breakfast included. I highly recommend it because Oscar, the English speaking owner, once a chef in Florida,bends over backwards to look after my interests. He makes sure taxi drivers take me to places at the lowest rates, only a couple of US dollars. He books the finest tours at the lowest rates. The boat trip to the beach Playa Blanca and snorkeling at Islas De Rosario is a wonderful trip and only about $15 or $20 with an lunch included. In the hotel linens are changed and the sheets are colorful. Clothes can be washed for 3000 pecos at 1850 pecos per dollar. Columbia is not a dangerous drug place but a friendly modern place but most people do not speak English, but you usually can find someone who can help you.

If you are going to Cartagena, Columbia and want an wonderful inexpensive hotel, I highly recommend you stay at the Luna Nueva Hotel on Calle de la media. The owner, Oscar, is extremely helpful. He looks after my interests and arranges taxi service at the cheapest rates like to Caribe Plaza where I work out at Bodytech, sort of a 24 hour fitness gym. Free breakfast every morning. Sheets are changed every day and they are very colorful. The room is air-conditioned. It is near the old city. The people I met here are friendly and honest, most don't speak English, but some like Oscar speak English very well. Playa Blanca is one of the best beaches in the world. Snorkeling is great in Islas del Rosario. Lunch is included in a boat tour to both places. The fish lunches and dinners here are excellent

I would like to tell about my last summer training camping trip in Lagi, Binh Thuan province. On preparing for that event, I must got up at 1:00 am, very early. I and brothers in my community had a slight meal with instant noodles. Then we rode motorbikes to Thien Than Church. There were 145 people attended the training camp. The name of the camping trip was "Tứ Hải Giai Huynh Đệ". At Thien Than Church, we took buses to Lagi at 3:00 am.
